Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and worldwide.

Delivery times
Orders are dispatched from England by Royal Mail tracked delivery. Delivery normally takes 5–8 working days from dispatch.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with a tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched. If you have not received a tracking email within three working days, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Delivery costs
Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

If your order is late
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email support@sonsofadonis.com with your order number and we will investigate. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit we will send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice.

If your order arrives damaged
Contact us at support@sonsofadonis.com with your order number and a photograph. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including any postage costs.
