Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on every order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us at support@sonsofadonis.com within 90 days of receiving your order and we will refund you in full.
You do not need to return a product that has been opened and used. There is no restocking fee and no forms to complete. Just tell us your order number and that you would like a refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing the refund.
Free Shade Exchange
If you ordered the wrong concealer shade, we will exchange it free of charge. Email support@sonsofadonis.com telling us which shade you would prefer. You do not need to return the original.
Your Statutory Cancellation Rights
These rights apply in addition to our guarantee above, and nothing in this policy reduces them.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
- To cancel, tell us in writing at support@sonsofadonis.com.
- If you cancel under these Regulations and wish to return unopened goods, send them back within 14 days of telling us. You are responsible for return postage in that case.
- We will refund all payments received including standard delivery costs, within 14 days.
- In practice our 90-day guarantee is more generous, and most customers use that instead.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Contact support@sonsofadonis.com with your order number and a photograph if possible. We will replace the item or refund you in full including postage. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders can be paused, skipped or cancelled at any time from your account or by emailing us. Individual deliveries are covered by the same 90-day guarantee.
